Human Rights Policy

Our company recognizes and supports internationally recognized human rights principles and is committed to providing a respectful, diverse, equitable, and safe workplace for all employees and stakeholders. Through measures such as preventing discrimination, prohibiting forced labor, protecting freedom of association, ensuring workplace health and safety, promoting work-life balance, and safeguarding information security and privacy, we actively manage human rights risks and pursue continuous improvement to fulfill our commitment to corporate social responsibility and sustainable development.

I.Purpose Systemcom Corporation recognizes, respects, and supports the principles set forth in internationally recognized human rights standards and conventions, including the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR), the Ten Principles of the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC), the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGPs), the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises, and the International Labour Organization (ILO) Tripartite Declaration of Principles concerning Multinational Enterprises and Social Policy. The Company is committed to eliminating any actions that infringe upon or violate human rights and strictly complies with applicable labor laws and regulations in the jurisdictions where it operates. To fulfill these commitments and fully demonstrate its responsibility to respect, support, and protect human rights, the Company hereby establishes this Human Rights Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”). II.Scope of Application This Policy applies to all operational activities and new business activities (such as mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures) of Systemcom Corporation and its branch offices (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Company”). In accordance with the principles of this Policy, the Company has established a Supplier Sustainability Commitment and relevant sustainable finance clauses. The Company requires suppliers, business partners, and participants in new business activities to adhere to the same standards, prohibit any infringement or violation of human rights, and jointly focus on and manage human rights risks. III.Human Rights Commitments The Company commits to the following principles: 1. No Discrimination, Bullying, or Harassment The Company respects, supports, and ensures that employees are free from all forms of discrimination, bullying, and harassment. In all aspects of employment, including recruitment, selection, hiring, compensation, benefits, training, performance evaluation, promotion, assignment, placement, rewards and disciplinary actions, retirement, severance, resignation, and termination, no employee shall be discriminated against, bullied, or harassed based on gender, race, nationality, religion, age, marital status, sexual orientation, political affiliation, disability, place of origin, birthplace, ideology, social class, language, appearance, or union membership. The Company is committed to fostering a fair, diverse, inclusive, and equal workplace that promotes equal employment opportunities and equal pay for equal work. 2. No Forced Labor The Company respects, supports, and ensures the prohibition of all forms of forced labor. The Company strictly prohibits human trafficking, exploitation of vulnerable groups (including graduates, interns, and child labor), withholding of wages, debt bondage, deception, or any other practices identified as indicators of forced labor by the International Labour Organization (ILO). The Company actively implements, monitors, and promotes measures to prevent forced labor. 3. Freedom of Association and Effective Labor-Management Communication The Company respects, supports, and ensures employees’ rights to freely join or establish legally recognized labor unions, associations, and organizations, as well as their right to collective bargaining and collective agreements. The Company protects employee rights and interests, maintains open communication channels, and regularly convenes labor-management meetings to promote harmonious labor relations. 4. Healthy and Safe Workplace The Company respects, supports, and ensures workplace health and safety for all employees. The Company has established environmental and occupational safety management procedures to provide a healthy, safe, environmentally friendly, and energy-efficient workplace. It is committed to reducing workplace risks and regularly provides health examination programs, occupational safety and health training, and health promotion activities to safeguard employees’ physical and mental well-being. 5. Work-Life Balance The Company respects and supports employees in maintaining a healthy work-life balance. The Company complies with labor laws and regulations in the locations where it operates, implements reasonable working hours, establishes clear regulations regarding working time and overtime, monitors employee attendance, promotes awareness of leave policies, and encourages employees to fully utilize their annual leave entitlements. 6. Information Security and Privacy Protection The Company respects, supports, and ensures the protection of information security and privacy for employees and all stakeholders. The Company has established comprehensive information security management mechanisms and implemented policies including the Information Security Management Policy, Personal Data Protection Management Policy, Privacy Protection Policy, and Customer Data Confidentiality Measures Statement to strengthen the implementation of this Policy. The Company adheres to strict control procedures and protective measures to safeguard information security and personal privacy. IV.Communication and Human Rights Risk Assessment The Company communicates this Policy to employees upon their employment and conducts human rights-related training at least once annually to enhance awareness of human rights issues and strengthen the identification and management of related risks. The Company regularly conducts human rights risk assessments based on the process of issue identification, impact assessment, monitoring and improvement, and periodic review. Assessment results are disclosed regularly through the Company's public communications, including its corporate website and sustainability reports. V.Grievance Mechanism and Handling of Violations The Company has established grievance mechanisms and communication channels on its corporate website for employees, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Any individual may report violations of this Policy through the designated channels, and the Company will appropriately investigate and address human rights-related complaints. Where a reported violation is verified through the grievance or reporting mechanism, the Company shall impose appropriate disciplinary actions on the responsible stakeholder according to the severity of the violation and applicable company regulations. The Company will continue to monitor and supervise corrective actions to prevent recurrence of similar incidents. VI.Establishment and Amendment This Policy shall take effect upon approval by the General Manager and its official promulgation. Any amendments to this Policy shall be subject to the same approval procedure.
